Generation Run and KINeSYS

KINeSYS Australia is excited to partner with Generation Run, the Melbourne-based running squad, co-owned by Bec and Steve Rosel.

The KINeSYS Team were fortunate enough to meet Bec at the RunNation Film Festival, where she was a Guest Speaker. With her passion for running, humble nature and humorousness retelling of running escapades, Bec's Q&A was a wonderful introduction into the spirit of Generation Run.

The Generation Run Running Squad was developed with the intention of providing an environment where like-minded people could meet and train together under the guidance of qualified coaches.

Bec and Steve's approach is that ability, age and experience don't matter; you can just run because you love it! Running should be a fun, safe and accessible activity for all. Because that’s why they do it.

Bec and Steve are respected members of the Australian running community with many notable personal achievements. Bec was Female Winner Adelaide Marathon 2018 and is multiple Female Winner of the Arthur's Seat Challenge.

The Gen Runners meet 6 times a week at various locations in the outer Eastern suburbs of Lilydale, Mt Evelyn, Croydon and surrounds.
